I’m Artem, and my faith guides how I work, how I treat people, and the standards I hold myself to. This business carries my name and my responsibility to honor God in every project.
What I’m building isn’t just homes — it’s a future for my wife and kids rooted in integrity, stewardship, and hard work.
Thankful for the trust of homeowners across Jacksonville and St. John’s County.

AVP Construction JAX serves Jacksonville, Florida and all of St. John's County — with a focus on high-end communities including Nocatee, Ponte Vedra Beach, St. Augustine, Julington Creek, Fruit Cove, Mandarin, San Marco, and Riverside. We also work in Fleming Island and Orange Park.
Is AVP Construction JAX licensed and insured?
Yes. AVP Construction JAX is fully licensed and insured in the state of Florida. Documentation is provided before any work begins.
How long does a typical AVP finish carpentry project take?
Most AVP projects — TV entertainment centers, accent walls, dry bars, office build-outs, and box beam or coffered ceilings — are completed in 1 to 5 days. Larger full-wall builds or whole-room transformations may take up to two weeks. We give you a clear timeline during your in-home consultation.
What does a custom finish carpentry project cost?
Every AVP project is custom-priced based on materials, scope, and finish level. We provide a single, all-in price during your in-home consultation — no surprises, no add-ons later. Most homeowners view our work as an investment that adds long-term value to the home.
Do you offer in-home consultations?
Yes. We visit your home, measure the space, and walk through your vision in person, then provide a single, all-in price for the project. Because we take on a limited number of projects, the consultation is also where we make sure your project is the right fit for us and you.
When do I pay for the work?
We accept a standard deposit at contract signing. The final balance is only due after the project is complete and you are completely satisfied with the work.
Can you match existing custom millwork in my home?
Yes. We routinely match existing trim profiles, stain colors, paint finishes, and wood species so that new built-ins, beams, or accent walls feel like they were part of the original construction.
Do you work with interior designers and architects?
Yes. We regularly collaborate with interior designers and architects across Northeast Florida. We can build to detailed shop drawings or take on full design-build responsibility — whichever fits the project.
We accept a limited number of projects at a time so each home gets our full attention. Share your project and we’ll respond within 24 hours to see if it’s the right fit.
